so yesterday i booked my first big SAG commercial… yaaaaaaaaay! its for optimum online and it shoots on thursday. i’m a principal role and i’m ecstatic!
i also shoot a tj maxx commercial for tvland tomorrow *AND* the nikon commercial i did is airing. a friend managed to record it for me… here it is:

things are needless to say going very well. i am super busy, but still have down time to reflect.

here is a picture from my trip down south… now unless you know me really well you probably don’t know that i have a little bit of a fear of open bodies of water like the ocean and lakes… i felt i had a little bit of a breakthrough in south carolina because i was able to wade all the way out until the water reached my waist! baby steps, people. i loved frolicking in the really shallow water, though!!!

That Nikon commercial is cheesy but great.
When I was a kid, at the beach, my dad would take me on his shoulders and wade out REALLY far into the water. It kind of terrifies me now to think about it, since I couldn’t swim at all (I can barely swim now), but at the time it was a real rush to be so far from land without being in a boat or any kind of vehicle, just bodies in the water.
